No alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks are allowed to be brought onto the premises. Anyone seen to be contravening this rule will be required to leave the premises immediately. If they are attending a function the hirer will automatically lose their deposit in full.
Spot checks may be carried out during teenage parties to ensure that all terms and conditions are being met at all times.
If you have food, you or your caterer will be expected to clear all crockery and cutlery hired from us and leave in the kitchen for us to wash. Any crockery or cutlery provided by yourselves or your caterers must be cleared and taken away on the day.
You are welcome to decorate the room but nothing must be attached to the fabric of the building e.g. walls and woodwork. Lighted candles or any other naked flames are not permitted. Inflated balloons cannot be left in the hall or other function rooms overnight.
Infants under the age of 2 who will not occupy a seat do not need to be included in these numbers. 2 High chairs can be provided by the hall.
We would very much appreciate if guests could pre-book taxi’s so as to minimise the disturbance to our neighbours whilst waiting outside for its arrival.
